About Chloe
I have worked therapeutically with adults and children encountering a wide range of personal challenges for the last 15 years. Although I am currently working online with 18+ clients, I bring a decade of experience with children and young people to my practice. Our childhood and our children inevitably have a huge impact on our lives.
If it feels like the right time for you to explore your inner life more deeply, or to make sense of patterns that you notice and want to change, therapy can be a powerful tool. Early trauma or a more recent event could have destabilised your life or smaller stressors may have built up to an unmanageable load. Whatever brings you here, don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to find out more. I am available for a free 15 minute discovery call via this link. Get in touch to discuss, or Book Today.
My qualifications include a level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (for adults) as well as a Pgdip in Child and Adolescent Counselling (Integrative Arts based). My practice is affirming and relational, with an integrative combination of psychodynamic and person-centred, CBT and ACT approaches. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
