I have over 20 years’ experience practising within private, public and charity settings offering consultations, 1-1 therapeutic support, groupwork interventions and confidential drop-in support for children, young people and families, supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health.
I am skilled in formulating therapeutic interventions to facilitate deeper reflective thinking and healing processes, to manage relationships, experiences and explore vulnerabilities safely. As an Integrative, Humanistic practitioner, I draw on a wealth of experience, evidence-based practice and neuroscientific research, to build a healthier, cohesive sense of self and resilience.
I have experience working with bereavement, relationship breakdown and stress, impacting on mental health, behavioural and emotional wellbeing, including anxiety, trauma, depression, ASD, ADHD, neurodiversity.
